Semi-Auto and Mechanical Full-Auto

The DI68 gives the user access to both semi-automatic and mechanical full-auto operation.

In semi-auto, the manufacturer lists the output at approximately 35–45+ Joules. Full-auto operation is rated at a lower output of approximately 15 Joules.

Actual performance can vary according to the air system, temperature, projectile and overall condition of the launcher.

18-Round Magazine System

The DI68 uses an 18-round magazine based on the Milsig T17 / G3 platform.

This gives the launcher a larger capacity than many compact defense launchers while keeping ammunition contained inside a removable magazine.

For a compatible spare magazine, view the Milsig T17/G3 Magazine (18/19rd).

Projectile Compatibility

The DI68 can use compatible 0.68 calibre round projectiles and selected shaped projectiles.

For best feeding reliability, use ammunition that is suited to the DI68 magazine and feed system.

Always confirm that the selected projectile is suitable for the launcher before use.

Power Source

The DI68 platform supports both compressed air and compatible CO₂ configurations.

HPA is useful where stable and repeatable air delivery is required, while compatible 88 g CO₂ configurations are also available.

The correct air source, regulator and stock arrangement should always match the configuration supplied with the launcher.

Care and Maintenance

Regular cleaning and inspection help keep the DI68 reliable.

Keep the barrel and magazine well clean. Check the seals for wear and use only suitable lubricant on O-rings and internal parts where required.

Inspect magazines for dirt, damaged followers and worn feed parts. Store the launcher clean and dry.

Before maintenance, make sure the launcher is unloaded and fully depressurised.
