MCS Light Fire Paintball Tracer Unit – 22mm Muzzle Thread
The MCS Light Fire Paintball Tracer Unit adds a bright tracer effect and simulated muzzle flash to compatible paintball equipment.
It uses a powerful UV light to activate suitable glow-in-the-dark paintballs as they pass through the unit. This creates a visible tracer effect that makes the ball easier to follow in low-light conditions.
Three built-in LEDs can also create a muzzle flash effect with each shot.

Tracer Effect
The unit uses a short UV flash as each ball passes through it.
This activates compatible glow-in-the-dark paintballs and creates a bright tracer effect. It makes the ball easier to follow in low-light games.
The effect can also help players see the path of the ball during use.
Muzzle Flash Effect
Three LEDs create a simulated muzzle flash when the marker is fired.
The muzzle flash and tracer functions can work together or separately. This gives you more control over the effect you want.
Fast Performance
The tracer unit can support firing rates of up to 35 balls per second.
Its automatic standby mode responds to vibration. This helps save battery power when the unit is not being used.
Rechargeable Battery
A rechargeable battery is built into the unit.
Charging is done through a USB-C port, so there is no need to replace disposable batteries.
The battery can provide up to 30,000 activations per full charge.
A quick five-minute charge can provide enough power for up to 1,000 activations.
22mm Muzzle Thread
This version uses an M22 / 22mm muzzle thread.
MCS lists compatibility with suitable:
- Lion Claw barrels
- RAP4 barrels
- T68 barrels
- 468 barrels
- Flasc barrels
- Milsig barrels
- Maxtact barrels
- Hammerhead barrels
- DI68 equipment
Always check the muzzle thread on your barrel before ordering.
Compact Aluminium Design
The tracer unit measures only 50mm long and 36mm in diameter.
Its aluminium body provides a strong outer shell while keeping the unit compact.
The suppressor-style shape also gives compatible paintball equipment a clean tactical appearance.
Conclusion
The MCS Light Fire Paintball Tracer Unit combines a UV tracer system with a simulated muzzle flash in one compact unit.
With USB-C charging, automatic standby and support for up to 35 BPS, it is a useful upgrade for compatible 22mm threaded paintball barrels.

MCS
MCS, short for Modern Combat Sports, is a paintball brand known for magfed gear and tactical-style accessories.
The company started under the RAP4 name. As the product range grew, the brand moved to the MCS name. Today, MCS focuses on gear for magfed, scenario and tactical paintball.
The range includes markers, magazines, barrels, stocks, pods and other useful accessories. Many of these products are made for players who want a more realistic style of play.
Magfed paintball is a big part of the MCS range. These markers use magazines instead of a standard hopper. This means players carry fewer rounds and need to reload more often. It can make games feel more tactical and more focused on movement.
MCS also makes parts and upgrades for compatible paintball markers. These can help improve the look, feel and setup of your gear.
Dye-Hard Paintball stocks selected MCS products in South Africa. Our range includes accessories, pods, upgrades and other paintball gear.
