The kit adds extra air volume to the system. It can be set up in two different lengths to suit your needs.
No internal changes to the launcher are required.

Two Tuning Options
The kit gives you two setup options.
The short setup measures 25mm or 1 inch. MCS rates this setup for a 50–70 Joule configuration.
The extended setup measures 50mm or 2 inches. MCS rates this setup for an 80–100 Joule configuration.
Actual output can vary between setups.
Short 25mm Setup
The short setup uses the tuning chamber adapter and plug.
It keeps the system compact while adding extra air volume.
A standard 12g CO₂ cylinder can still be used inside the grip. An air tank can also be connected to the tuning chamber.
Extended 50mm Setup
Add the supplied tuning expansion to create the longer setup.
This increases the total chamber length to 50mm.
The launcher can still use its 12g CO₂ system. An external air tank can also be connected.
Strong Construction
The tuning chamber adapter is made from stainless steel.
The plug, expansion and locking adapter are made from 6061 aluminium.
This gives the kit a strong and durable design.

The locking adapter is used when fitting or removing the tuning chamber.
Launcher, air tank and CO₂ cylinders are not included.
Air Options
The kit supports several air setups.
A 12g CO₂ cylinder can be used inside the grip. A suitable air tank can also be connected to the tuning chamber.
Extra parts are required for some buttstock CO₂ setups.
Important Information
The Joule figures above are the manufacturer ratings for the two configurations.
Actual output can vary.
Air pressure, gas type, projectile type, seals and temperature can all affect performance.
Dye-Hard does not guarantee a fixed Joule output.
Always use the correct parts and suitable operating pressure for your setup.
