Doppler Radar Measurement
The Pocket Chronograph V2 uses radar to measure projectile speed.
It does not need the projectile to pass through screens or light sensors. This also means it can work in poor light or complete darkness.
Simply mount the chronograph in the correct position and connect it to the FX Radar app.
Bluetooth and FX Radar App
The chronograph connects to a compatible phone by Bluetooth.
The FX Radar app can show more than a single speed reading. It can record shot strings and help you review the results from a shooting session.
The app can also show data such as:
- Shot velocity
- Standard deviation
- Extreme spread
- Stored equipment profiles
The app is available for both iOS and Android.
Compact and Rechargeable
The V2 measures only 50 × 39 × 60mm and weighs about 78g.
Its small size makes it easy to keep in a range bag or equipment case.
The built-in battery charges through USB-C, so there is no need to replace disposable batteries.
Wide Range of Uses
The FX Pocket Chronograph V2 can measure projectiles travelling at speeds of up to 1250 fps.
This makes it useful for many shooting and sporting applications where projectile speed needs to be checked.
Always position the chronograph as shown in the FX instructions before use.
Conclusion
The FX Airguns Pocket Chronograph V2 gives you a simple way to check projectile speed and review shot data.
Its Doppler radar, Bluetooth connection and rechargeable battery make it easy to use at home or at the range.
