Artemis Snowpeak Slingshot 003 with Handle – This is a nice little slingshot, from the same manufacturers that brought you the P35 and the M25!

The handle itself is a sleek-feeling polymer that has a rock-hard feeling to it. It features two full-finger scallops for your middle and ring finger, w/ a half-finger allowance for your index and little fingers. The backstrap of this pistol budlges out closer to the bottom, similar to what you’d have on a pistol.

The Y-frame of this slingshot is completely steel w/ a diameter of about 6mm right around. It is a single-piece construction, with no joined ends.

The retainers for the latex are polymer and as illustrated on the off-sides of these (apex of the Y-frame), you have a column of four green fibre optic insert sights on both sides, presumably to help you gauge the middle of the slingshot frame in relation to the positioned projectile which you are busy drawing back on the latex strap with. A nice feature, although we haven’t field-tested this ourselves yet to see how it works.

Please note however here that, the pouch wherein the intended projectile is to be seated, is slightly undersized, specifically 12x35mm. While 1/4″ and 6mm steel shot should fly like a dream from this slingshot (it specifically has a cut-out for this small shot), we’re not sure that a 9.5mm steel shot will as well. Though .43 polymer shot should nevertheless have a manageable weight for it to fly properly from this slingshot, so you could utilize it all the same for plinking troublesome primates without killing them.

We also appreciate how the polymer caps on the top of the Y-frame can thread off, to allow you to easily remove the latex strap. The retainer screws have traction grooves along their circumference for better grip, to loosen and remove them. They also “click” in place, which is a nice touch.

Overall, we have some high hopes for this slingshot, as the brand is right and likewise, the supplier does speak highly of the LATEX brands, instead of the usual rubber tube ones found on slingshots.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY / COLLECTION

At Dyehard Paintball we provide door-to-door delivery service through a reputable courier company. Most orders are sent using a company called The Courier Guy. Alternative delivery can be arranged, but the cost of delivery quoted could change. Your order will be sent once payment reflects in our bank account with your order number as a reference.

Although courier companies are reliable, Dyehard Paintball cannot take responsibility for delays or mistakes from any 3rd party.

Please confirm the delivery address supplied on your order is correct and notify your sales agent immediately if anything needs to be rectified.

We like to use reliable shipping methods at the best price and convenience.

We primarily use The Courier Guy for all orders, unless the collection is arranged.

We send orders via The Courier Guy at a fixed shipping rate if the order is less than 5kg.

Insurance on your shipping can also be selected at an additional cost, as Dye-Hard will not be held responsible for loss in transit.

A box of paint is over 5kg and is charged at a higher delivery tariff, BUT please contact us for free delivery on paintballs when ordering larger quantities. eg. 10 boxes or more.

Shipping vendors change their rates regularly due to fuel price fluctuations, our shipping calculation could be at fault at times. If not happy with the shipping quote provided, send us an email, and we will try our best to give you a better rate, if possible.
